1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between gb44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using this platform ("you", "user"). By registering on gb44 or using the platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

gb44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates that you have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on gb44, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request a national identity card or other government-issued identity document for age verification if needed. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts from the same individual, household, address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and current. If there are any changes to your identity, contact details, or payment method, update them on the platform immediately. Providing incorrect or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each payment method. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Transaction requests below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Occasionally it may take longer due to technical issues or verification requirements. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

3.4 Currency & Transactions

All transactions on the gb44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For any fees or charges applicable to transactions, please refer to the guidelines of your mobile financial service provider — gb44 does not impose any transaction fees of its own.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000

The maximum bonus cap is ৳20,000 — no bonus beyond this amount will be granted.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering on eligible games — restrictions may apply to specific games or bet types.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• gb44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

4.4 Other Promotions

gb44 may offer various promotional offers and reload bonuses from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence over these general terms.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

If a technical error results in an abnormal win being displayed, gb44 reserves the right to void that transaction. If a bet is cancelled due to a disconnection, the relevant funds will be automatically returned to the account.

6. VIP Program & Benefits

gb44's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits by tier are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. gb44 reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of each tier.

7. Responsible Gaming

gb44 prioritises responsible gaming practices. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. To help users set their own limits and play responsibly, we provide the following tools:

• Failure to verify age or identity

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account. Unused bonuses on a closed account will be cancelled.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

The gb44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. gb44 accepts no liability for the following:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)

In the event of any dispute, gb44's decision will be considered final, though we will always endeavour to resolve matters fairly and transparently.

12. Terms Amendment & Miscellaneous

12.1 Right to Amend

gb44 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, only that provision will be removed — the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotion terms together form the entire agreement between gb44 and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.
